During
some recent
trips to Moscow for work, I managed to get some sightseeing in with my well
informed guide, Evgeny, with whom I was working during my stay.
Highlights
of my visits include the Kremlin (the Italian architecture is amazing!),
Red Square, of course, and Kuscovo Architectural Park. Also had some
fun evenings with the VDI guys including a mad night in an ex-pat bar and
a mini-bar crawl which included some very dodgy pints of Guinness!
Moscow
is a very amazing, hospitable but flippin' cold (in winter anyway) city to
visit. With so much to history and incredible architecture I can definitely
recommend it for a long weekend or even longer - you won't be disappointed.
