This
section of my album is the largest, mainly because holidays tend to
provide many opportunities and time for taking photographs. The pictures
have been grouped into countries although many of the countries were
visited during my around the world trip from August 2000 to April 2001.
I
began my RTW trip with Jamie 'Jechers' Echlin and ended up traveling with
my girlfriend Michelle having met up with a few friends along the way
including the infamous James 'Monty' Montgomery (pictured with the dodgy
hat) and his 'then' girlfriend Joni. I also met up with a couple of friends in Sydney with
whom I traveled in Nepal. Brett is pictured left enjoying an orgasmatron
experience (don't ask) in a health shop in Berry.
I
also spent some time during the RTW trip with relatives in the beautiful
city of Perth, Australia where I met my first kangaroo. They showed me
around and took me to the amazing Pinnacle Desert further up the coast.
Cousin Narelle can be seen here in the Casino at Melbourne with her friend
Karina where we met for a night's gambling.
The
trek in Nepal seems like light-years away now but was an amazing
experience which I shared with hiking partner in crime Karl in October
1999. In addition to being an incredibly beautiful country, it is also has
an extremely friendly people. Please see the Nepal section for more details.
